Gilbert shares his story and discusses genocide with students involved in Texas Tech’s K-12 Global Education Outreach program in Lubbock, Texas. The program endeavors to build a globally-engaged community of learners through outreach opportunities that foster intercultural understanding and enrich the quality of life for our students and communities in West Texas.
